RETURN POLICY
NON-DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS: B & P Gifts will accept returns on non-damaged merchandise within two weeks of the original delivery date. Return of any non-damaged item will incur a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: B & P Gifts will accept returns on all damaged and/or defective items within two weeks of the original delivery date. All items must be in their original packaging and should bear no signs of being defaced, tampered with or marked. Please notify us immediately of any damaged merchandise.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING: The shipper will be responsible for damage due to shipping. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, contact us within three business days.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice, the item number, the reason for the return, the original date of purchase and payment source. Returns that were made with credit cards will be refunded to the card on which the purchase was made.
